Over the course of the past decade, our Pittsburgh based agency operation has earned a solid position at the forefront of VMC industry. The bedrock of our success lies in our established panel of 20,000 plus vendors. Our nationwide database includes abstractors, appraisers, attorneys, BPO providers, notaries and title insurance providers.

- Prompt payment - Vendor payments are issued automatically on the 15th and 30th of every month. No need to submit invoices. ACH payments (direct deposit) also adds another level of convenience.

- Objective Evaluation - AES operates using the ValuNet xsp software platform. All vendor ranking and scoring is based upon price, performance and quality ratings.
